Production Time
Production time for most products is 7-10 business days unless specified. Production time may vary by product and season. Call to confirm current production time estimates.
Accepted Forms of Payment
American Graphics, LLC accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, checks, and money orders. Third party checks will not be accepted. Insufficient funds, returned checks and other delays in receipt of payment will delay production and may affect ability to meet specified in hands date.
Returns
Returns must have prior approval or return shipment will be refused. Returns over 30 days old will not be accepted. Custom imprinted merchandise may not be returned unless shown to be defective or a factory error. In the rare case of factory error, American Graphics, LLC reserves the right to choose whether to remake the merchandise or refund the net price of the defective product.
Changes & Cancellations
All orders are considered firm and cannot be cancelled without prior approval from American Graphics, LLC.* Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. In addition to $40.00 cancellation fee, customer will be required to pay for any and all work completed, factory expenses, and/or product costs incurred at the time of cancellation. Any and all changes to orders are subject to prior approval and must be submitted in writing. Changes will not be accepted once a product has been imprinted or on the day an order is scheduled to ship. American Graphics, LLC may assess a fee of $25.00(R) for changes to an order after it has been received and processed.
Repeat Orders
No set up charge will be assessed on repeat orders with unchanged artwork. Due to variations in inks, materials, and press runs, colors may not match previous orders exactly. We are not responsible for colors not matching previous runs.
Split Shipments
Shipments going to more than one location will be charged $7.00(R) per destination.
Less Than Minimums
A Less Than Minimum Charge of $40.00(R) will be added to orders for quantities below the specified product minimum. Orders for quantities below half of the specified product minimum will not be accepted.
Shipping
Unless specified, all orders will be shipped via UPS Ground on our account.
All orders should specify a firm "in-hands" date if one is needed, including shipping method. If shipping method is not specified, American Graphics, LLC reserves the right to ship via expedited or overnight service, at customer’s expense, to meet the date.
American Graphics, LLC does not guarantee delivery by any freight carrier. Merchandise damaged in transit is the sole responsibility of the carrier. American Graphics, LLC is not responsible for freight charges incurred on special shipping methods, extra charges due to dimensional weight, or charges for address changes caused by incorrect information on sales orders.
All shipments are FOB Factory in CA.
Samples
Sample requests will be shipped free of charge via USPS. Please provide an account number if the request is to be shipped via UPS or FedEx. Unless otherwise specified, UPS and FedEx shipments will be shipped via standard ground service. All sample requests must be submitted in writing via email or fax, and will not be accepted over the phone. Emailed sample request should be sent here.
Limited Liability
Disclaimer of Liability: American Graphics, LLC disclaims any and all warranties, whether expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose. In no event shall American Graphics be liable for any incidental, indirect, punitive, consequential or special damages of any kind, including, but not limited to lost revenue or profits, regardless of the type of action, whether in contract or tort (including negligence) or otherwise, even if American Graphics, LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall the maximum liability exceed the product price.
Outdoor Auto Magnets
Disclaimer: American Graphics, LLC makes no express or implied warranty of any kind against loss of magnets, damage to vehicle surface, or other loss arising from auto magnet application, use or misuse, as American Graphics, LLC has no control over how signs are cared for, altered, stored, and/or used, or the surface to which the magnets are applied. Not all vehicles are manufactured with metal.
Recommended Care: For best results, apply magnetic car sign to large, flat or reasonably curved, cleaned and waxed, dry vehicle surface, with no air pockets/gaps between sign and vehicle. Clean sign and vehicle with mild detergent weekly. Not recommended for repainted surfaces or on hoods.
Rights to Promotion
Unless indicated on sales order at time of order and in writing, American Graphics, LLC reserves the right to use any items produced in displays, advertisements, catalogs, brochures and other promotional uses.

American Graphics, LLC has tried to match exact colors and imprint areas in the representation of our products. However, actual product color may differ slightly from the website due to color variations of different monitors. If clarification of product specifications or color is needed, please ask. The artwork, designs, and trademarks displayed on the website are shown only as representative examples of the type of imprinted products available, and are not intended to represent that the products are either endorsed by, or produced for the owners of the artwork, designs or trademarks.

*Art charges, Set up charges, or the cost of shipping merchandise along with comissions paid to sales representatives may be deducted from any refund as applicable.
